Technical Editor / Writer – Edits and formats documents, standardizes existing company templates; standardizes the use of company filing structures and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint); manages document versioning; takes meeting minutes; can also witness and record operational steps, collaborate with SMEs to write procedures or processes, and take photographs for inclusion in deliverables.
  2.  Sr. Technical Editor / Writer- Edits and formats documents, incorporates company document control and branding requirements; collaborates with SMEs to smooth the communication flow and ensure that a clear message is delivered; creates new templates or standardizes existing company templates; creates or standardizes the use of company filing structures and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint); manages the printing and distribution of documents or operational procedures; assists with software issues; assists with document approval and final draft scheduling logistics; takes meeting minutes; manages document versioning and works to ensure proper archiving to satisfy company requirements; can log and file field data; can also witness and record operational steps, collaborate with SMEs to write procedures or processes, and take photographs for inclusion in deliverables.
  3. Document Controller – Manages document versioning and archiving to satisfy company requirements; logs and files field data.
PROCESS
  1. Process Coordinator – Manages, standardizes, and makes company processes work efficiently; helps engineering team meet milestone deadlines using a stage-gated approach or tools and systems already in place.
  2. Process Consultant – Manages, standardizes, and makes company processes work efficiently or creates an efficient process by incorporating company best practices; helps engineering team meet milestone deadlines using tools and systems already in place, or develops a new system if needed.
PROJECT CONSULTANTS
  1. Project Consultant – Consults on Documents, Data, and/or Process, Project Management, and/or other fields related to reducing Office NPT™.
